Hello!

Exams are over and I’m currently enjoying my vacation that will endure 3 months long! This means that I’ll be able to update a lot again. AND I WILL! I really really hope I pass the exams so that I can move to the city Rotterdam and live on my own! And I finally let Random.org pick a winner for the Leopard Clutch by ASOS! And the winner is … *drumrolls* … Brittany! Congrats! I’ve sent you an e-mail (:

Anyways, yesterday I’ve been citytrippin’ and this time I ended up in Breda. I really have to say that they have an amazing park and shopping center! I also watched The Hangover Part 2 and it was hilarious. I actually hope for a part 3 to come haha.

Sometimes letting go is the beginning of happiness and a new start. Saying goodbye to your current life means you’re about to take off to a bigger sky. Never dip your heart in sadness when you have to say goodbye, but smile because someone were once in your chapter of life.
Live, laugh and love. Enjoy the summer! ♥

My vacation in Hong Kong in pictures

Finally I am able to post about my vacation in Hong Kong! So I went to Hong Kong from 21 July till 23 August and I had an amazing time! Unfortunately my vacation is going to end tomorrow. :(
Below you can see some of my vacation pictures which I found interesting to post!

Here I was able to play flight attendant which was one of the most awesome parts of my complete journey. I was flying from Amsterdam (The Netherlands) to Hong Kong and I got bored the last 3 hours so I started to chat with a really nice flight attendant called Quincy. He told me everything of his job and showed me lots of things on the plane I’ve never seen (like the cargo of the plane)! (sorry for the quality, my mom photographed it… :P)

Me and Wing Shuen at Starbucks. Haha if you’ve been reading my blog for a while you’ll know that I’m a big fan of Starbucks. So this vacation was really awesome because 5 Chinese friends from the Netherlands were also on vacation in Hong Kong! And I was able to see them all!

Starbucks for sale in popular Hong Kong supermarket Park n Shop. Haha I couldn’t believe this, they even sell Starbucks in supermarkets. I also saw mooncakes for sale in Starbucks. D:

A cockroach on the ceiling. Don’t worry, you can’t find these in places where tourists visit. XD I was sleeping in a village where my grandma lives and they have cockroaches living there. Luckily I’ve seen only 4 in my whole vacation of 5 weeks. D: – So what happened with this cockroach? Simple, my mom killed it 1 minute later after I took this picture.

Game + Anime Expo. Went to the Game and Anime expo in Hong Kong with my best friend. Pure awesomeness – yeah, that hat is from the anime “One Piece”.

Me, Wing Shuen, Andy and Sinyee: Dutch friends who also went on vacation. And we managed to catch up! I still remember we dreamed (when we were 9 or 10) of being in Hong Kong together. It just came true. :D

At Mong Kok: one of the busiest city’s in HK. They even close some ways that are actually made for cars for the crowd. (in the evening)

Me and Chun at Langham Palace (One of Mong Kok’s malls): This mall had a really cute temporary presentation. It was the lifestyle in Hong Kong displayed on cardboard.

At Tsim Sha Tsui: The view from Tsim Sha Tsui on Central and Admiralty.

At Stanley: Don’t think Hong Kong is full of big buildings only! If you visit the opposite of all those buildings you’ll come across this.

I did looooads of shopping beside sightseeing and I didn’t got the time to see EVERYTHING in 5 weeks. Hong Kong is just packed with sooo many things you can do that it was impossible for me to do it all in 5 weeks. If you want to see more you can visit my album on Facebook here: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=189830&id=674517290. I’ve put it temporarily on public.

So how was your vacation?

Day trip through the Netherlands

Yesterday I was on a day trip through the Netherlands and it was so much fun!
I’ve been in Utrecht, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Amsterdam.

Here are some pictures:

Me at Starbucks in Utrecht. Haven’t drink it for more than 2 months. Love caramel frappucino light. <3

Waiting for the train :D

€28 – $20
My new “Just Do It” tank top by Nike. They only had it in the online US store of Nike. So I was so glad that I found it in-store in The Netherlands. But kinda stupid that it’s way cheaper in the US stores.

At Sumo Rotterdam – All you can eat sushi XD

Pain is temporarily, quitting lasts forever. ~ Lance Armstrong
Came across this building in Rotterdam and that quote is just so true.

Amsterdam train station.

Through the streets of Amsterdam :D

Yesterday was real fun. A bummer that I didn’t knew that Helena was there too, otherwise we could have hang out together. Another bummer was that I couldn’t find my Adidas shoes in the Adidas Store in Rotterdam. =( I hope I’m able to find them somewhere else.

So do you have vacation now?
If yes, are you going anywhere outside your country?

XOXO

Hellooooo I’m back from outer space once again. D:
So lemme tell you what I did when I didn’t blogged

  • I studied for my test-week
  • I was being lazy

And I apologize for the last one – school is just so tiring. (and boring -_-)
But – school’s out this summer! So I won’t neglect my blog anymore! Just pray for me that I don’t have to do grade retention. I will have loads of fun stuff to do and here is a little list:

  • Going to Utrecht, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Scheveningen (beach) for shopping, beach and of course Starbucks.
  • To Rock Herk festival in Belgium (? – Not sure yet); to see “Does It Offend You, Yeah”!
  • To Hong Kong from 21 July till 23 August
    • I can see my family again, go shopping, seeing SCANDAL’s concert, live myself out at the Animation & Games exhibition and more!

So two weeks ago I applied for a job at Adidas Originals. And guess what? They invited me for a job interview this Saturday and please just pray for me that I’m going to get that job! I looooove Adidas.
They always surprise me with their new collection every season.

Well anyway, I’m going to take loads of pictures and update often. D: /spam
Here’s my outfit of today:

My favorite dress at the moment.

My new and favorite high heels (13cm) at the moment.
