Life’s a mess. Life’s about making the right decisions. Making priority’s and stuff like that just makes growing up suck. After becoming 18 things have changed so much. You become so much more responsible for you actions “suddenly”. And you really need to know what’s good for you. I’ve been way too busy to blog lately, mostly because of having 2 jobs and working for 20 hours straight for at least once a week. But that’s no excuse at all, I love this little space of mine and my love for fashion and beauty will never fade. That’s why I’ll just make time for it.

Inspired by the Japanese clothing style I created this very simple look. I’m really fascinated by the Japanese style lately, especially by their summery bohemian looks. ^^ Also, I think I am going to clean up my room now and sell the things I never wear haha. Remember that I said that my old Canon 450D was broken? (Well actually the AutoFocus thing gone weird) – I finally bought myself a new one!
It’s the Canon 550D with 18.0 megapixels + Full HD video recording.

Sorry for not updating. I still haven’t got my camera back… T_T I hate taking photos with a low quality camera. So in meantime I made a new theme! ^__^ Don’t know if I would keep this one long but I thought it was time for something new. Do you like the new theme?!

My life has always been hectic and I think it always will be. XD Anyway, this is what happened in the past weeks in short:

15 September: I turned 17! Making me 1 year closer to maturity. Times really flies by. I got loads of messages from people who wished me a happy bday and I really had a great bday! I also got really cute presents – like this one, a huge Rilakkuma bear I got from my best friend. How cute!

25 September: Kinda started photographing again – still I don’t know how long I will maintain it.

30 September – 3 October: Worked at Netherlands’ biggest warehouse company for 4 days. Which was a really awesome experience because I got to know how it is to work at a retail company. Besides that I also got to know loads of nice people.

But I’m so going to miss it there because I was only a temporary worker. Thus I applied to work there at the department where they sell clothes for children. And I’ll be having my job interview on Monday morning and I really really hope I will get this job.

Further, I don’t really think I did anything special.
From everything I’ve written here I can really say that the best one was those 4 days at the warehouse for sure!

So I’ve been missing photography and I really want to photograph a lot. But because of school I don’t really have much time for myself left… So that’s why I can’t touch my camera continuously – which I really miss. I also haven’t visit/updated my DeviantART seriously for more than a year and I miss DeviantART so much!

I like to photograph fashion and glamour portraits the most. So I really want to look for people who want to model and stuff – but, I ain’t a professional and don’t really think I’m that good. So I think it’s going to be hard to look for people who want to model?
> I’ve been seeing sites where new photographers can work with people who want to become a model. They basically just help each other to fill up their portfolio. Should I give that a try instead? It’s kinda scary because I’m scared to fail and let the model down. =((

• My Desktop – This is how my desktop now looks like, I moved the whole table and all the furniture yesterday because of my room revamp. I dislike messy rooms!
• New necklace – A new owl necklace I got, how cute!
• Photobooth – Haha camwhoring with my new owl necklace, what I all do when I’ve loads of spare time XD

The reason of the post title? Well I keep spending so much money lately, that I just feel like a material girl. 50% of what I earn goes away, I’m actually glad that I don’t get any pocket money from my parents and earn everything by myself! I hope I don’t come over as a prep.

And I don’t think I am one because I love to watch anime!
Currently watching Bleach, Full metal panic!, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Kimi Ni Todoke (I dropped that a while ago)
I’m so glad that my test-week is over because now I am having time again to watch them all, during busy days I only watch Bleach.

My current boring table, I’m getting a new one with my room revamp. I love my gaming pc though, haha! I will also get pink walls! (finally)

On my desktop: Plant, mug, graphing calculator, Twilight(!), Nokia E71 (I LOST MY BATTERY CHARGER WITH THE REVAMP, I feel so off the world now my phone don’t have any battery left ), ELLE Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Marie Claire Magazine, monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, black and red paint, New Tifanny & Co. necklace(!), samples of wallpaper, subwoofer and Ben & Jerry ice cream bucket.

YEY it’s finally weekend and today I got my Love Potion No. 9 T-Shirt by Wildfox Couture! Couldn’t resist to do some cam-whoring with it.
Lately I’ve been trying out some new clothing styles and I hope I top them off.

Actually, I’ve not always been the girl with the most confidence when I was younger. But by fashion I think I grew over my uncertainty. I don’t think it will ever get away completely but it helped me already through loads of things. To me, fashion isn’t only an inspiration source – but also a big support for confidence!

So today I had 3 tests: Management & Organization, Sociology and Spanish. Management & Organization and Sociology were a piece of cake. But I failed at Spanish kinda hard I think. This because I didn’t learned for it because I was so scared to fail for Management & Organization that I decided to put 75% in that. Hoping for a sufficient mark for Spanish now.

Anyway, enough boring talking about school.
