So as I wrote in my last post, I was invited by the lovely Joyce of Fashiolista.com to help Nelly.com with organizing the party with 2 other bloggers! When I came there, there was like a long row of girls (about 150?) waiting at the door 2,5 hour BEFORE the event actually started. Because I didn’t know where I had to go to I walked straight to the front door and girls were already screaming at me saying: “YOU BITCH, GO TO END OF THE ROW YOU ******” Then I explained I was there for work and they all suddenly acted so nice lol. What woman can do for just a pair of shoes! :-)

This cute Swedish guy who did the PR (with Andreas Karlsson) for Nelly was so cute :-)

During the event I had to ask the girls when Nelly.com started (2003) and we picked 3 girls with the correct answer to enter the design contest. 3 girls were entered in a competition and had to design a dress to win 150, 100 and 80 euro of shopping spree!

The party was crazy but AWESOME! There were girls screaming and pushing each other when I was handing out the cards for the shoes + goodie bag but I could understand them, I mean c’mon! Nelly Shoes are fabulous ;-) It was really really fun to do and I even stayed till the end of it. Met loads of new people and I wouldn’t mind to do it all over again!

Op 25 November zal Nelly.com in samenwerking met Fashiolista een event genaamd Nelly High Heels Tour organiseren in club Bermuda waar schoenen centraal staat! Tijdens deze leuke avond kun je onder het genot van een drankje en hapje genieten van de vele schoenen om je heen, muziek en gezelligheid. Het was al een succes was in Duitsland, Noorwegen en Zweden: Nu is ook Nederland aan de beurt!

Ik ben door hun gevraagd om mee te helpen het feest te organiseren + jurylid te zijn voor een design contest. En zal er dan ook heel de avond zijn! Het leek me leuk als jullie ook zouden komen! Sowieso krijgen de eerste 150 meisjes een paar gratis schoenen en de eerste 100 gasten een goodiebag! Tot vrijdag de 25ste!

SO TODAY I WAS LIKE: Steppin’ out of my bed feeling fabulous, put on my new shoes trying to walk down the streets like Paulo Nutini would do with his new shoes but guess what…… it’s f-ing freezing here in the Netherlands (???)

As I rushed down the street to catch my train I felt something already missing: my winter coat lol. But I was like too lazy to get back and yeah, anything to look fabulous right. A grandpa even stopped and said that I was wearing fabulous shoes (LOL…)

This outfit felt so vintage-a-like, maybe the red-wine color made me feel like that…

Then I met up with a friend I just met a few weeks ago and he’s such an inspiring person and makes amazing stuff as an interior designer! I hope to be able to post something about him as well. Cuz y’know, design is the shit.

So I got freshly made orange juice + a salmon bagel @ Bagel & Juice in Eindhoven and it tasted really good. And me and my bagel lived happily ever after. End of story.
